About Us

How students are taught is what sets Baba School apart from other schools in Nepal. Classrooms are a whir of activities, in which students and teachers come together to collaborate. We aim to be the beginning of their academic success.

In 1980 A.D. when our late principal Mr. T.B. Pradhan founded the school, the intention was to provide students with an all-rounded education in a safe, encouraging and cooperative environment. While we still carry the initial aim in everything we do, throughout the decades we have evolved and grown just like our students.

Today, we prepare our students to be world ready and to be limitless. In a rigorous, supportive and nurturing academic environment, we inspire them to be global citizens and lifelong learners. To achieve this, we ensure that our curriculum, approach, and ultimate goal is always in alignment to global standards, with our eyes set on emulating 21st century core competencies, developing character and citizenship, and delivering values based education.

We are extremely ambitious for every student and do not set a ceiling on their potential. Our curriculum and teaching approach is carefully designed to inspire all students to be ambitious in their learning, independent in their thoughts, and internationally minded in their actions.

When you choose Baba School for your child, you choose education of the highest academic quality. You choose excellence.

Facilities

The science lab is an extension of the classroom. It provides a platform for students and teachers to work together. The science lab is well-equipped for hands-on activities for the students of middle and high school. We have divided our Science lab into 4 sections of corners: the book corner, the observation section, the computer section with high speed Internet and an experiment section. Each section is well maintained and facilitated and helps students to understand the essence of what is being taught.

We believe that the future is digital. Baba has always sought to keep up with the times by integrating the latest technology available. The school has a state of the art computer lab that students can use to thrive in a highly complex – technological world of the 21st century. Computer based learning allows students to gain knowledge on a wide variety of subjects in an equally wide variety of ways. Technology helps make teaching and learning a lot more meaningful and fun.

My child, Nitisha Nepal has been studying in Baba School since UKG. While we initially enrolled her in the school due to its close proximity to our residence, throughout the years I have found more reasons to continue her education at Baba. My daughter has access to up-to-the-minute facilities and the best elementary program. The teachers and staff are friendly and accommodating. I really hope that in near future Baba will introduce higher education (+2) as well so that my daughter can continue her education with them.
